Sandboxx currently has a no-refund policy. However, in the case of accidental purchases, one-time courtesy exceptions may be made.

Contact us to start the refund process! It's far easier and quicker to contact our Customer Happiness team directly, than to file a dispute through the payment provider (Paypal or stripe).
How long will a refund take?
It depends on our current workload as this is a manual process. However, we do review these requests every day and process them in the order they are received.
What documentation do I need?
Please, if possible, provide the receipt or documentation displaying multiple charges. Anything you have that can display the issue you're inquiring about will help speed the process.
