It seems I have sent a duplicate Letter? How did that happen?

Sometimes there is lag with the network connect and two copies (or more) of your Letter get sent instead of just one. If you message us, we can delete the duplicate and making sure you have the right number of credits. Sorry for any confusion!
What will Sandboxx do in the future to fix this?
We are working on refining the network connectivity issues you may be experiencing on you internet connection. Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of your internet connection. ;-)
We will be adding better handling of these network connectivity issues this year (2018)
