If you're an existing Sandboxx Community member and the email address on your Sandboxx account ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com, follow these steps to log in to the Sandboxx Community app:
Enter your Apple Private Relay email address (the one ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) when logging in to the Sandboxx Community app. You can find the email you used in the Profile tab of the Sandboxx app and request the one-time password (OTP) code
Check the email account associated with your Apple ID for a message from Sandboxx Community
If you don't see the code in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder
Enter the code in the app to complete login
What is an Apple Private Relay email?
When you created your Sandboxx account using "Continue with Apple," you had the option to hide your email address. If you chose to hide it, Apple generated a Private Relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) for your account. This address forwards emails to your actual iCloud email.
Note: This applies only to existing Community members logging in. If you're a new member signing up for the first time, you can use the standard sign-up process.
