If you want other community members to be able to message you, you’ll need to make sure Direct Messages are enabled in your profile settings.
Steps to enable messaging
Open the Sandboxx Community app.
Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Tap Profile.
Tap Edit Profile.
Scroll through your profile and make sure all required fields are filled out.
Scroll to the bottom and find the setting that prevents others from messaging you.
Make sure the toggle is turned OFF.
Once this toggle is off, other members will be able to message you.
If you still can’t receive messages
Double-check that all required profile fields are completed.
Close and reopen the app, then check the setting again.
