How to Access the Sandboxx Community App (New Members)

For New Community Members (Signing Up)

If you're new to Sandboxx Community:

  1. Open the Sandboxx Community app

  2. Tap New Members

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Sandboxx account

    1. Not sure what email you used? Check the Profile tab in your Sandboxx app

  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and select "Verify and Sign In"

  5. Return to the Sandboxx Community app

  6. Tap on Allow and complete your profile

  7. Request your one-time password (OTP) code

  8. Check your email for a 6-digit code from Sandboxx Community

    1. If you don't see the code in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder

  9. Enter the code to complete the login
