Do I have the correct P.O. Box? What should I do if the P.O. Box to my recipient has changed?
Don't be alarmed! If you happen to enter the wrong PO Box, it's not a mistake that's worth caring about.
Why isn't this an issue?
Basically neither we, nor the Marines who work in the mail room pay any attention to the P.O. Box numbers when sorting mail.
There are as many of them that are wrong as there are right. It's not uncommon for them to be wrong even on the form letter itself!
Will my Letter still get delivered?
Yes. Sit back and relax!
As long as your Letter didn't get flagged by our fantastic, auto-magical sorting algorithm, you don't have to worry about anything. Seriously though, we have a sorting algorithm that looks for errors, misconfigured addresses and other issues. These Letters get flagged and reviewed by our staff to ensure the absolute highest quality in delivery.

What happens to Letters that are flagged?
We manually review Letters that get flagged and even ones that look questionable. Our sorting algorithm alerts our Customer Happiness team automatically and we check our sources to ensure we have a proper address that will get your Letter delivered.
How do you review or correct addresses?
We get our addresses from the Official Marine Corps Website: http://www.mcrdpi.marines.mil/Recruit-Training/Contacting-A-Recruit/ and also have contacts and staff members on the ground in most of the military bases we deliver to, so we can contact individuals to enhance the address as needed.
Can I update or correct the address?
We are actively working on this feature. We expect it to be released in the coming months.
