Mobile App, Password Reset

  • Open the Sandboxx App on your mobile phone
  • Click the left button to "Login"
  • Click on "Reset Password" underneath the login button
  • Enter the email associated with your account
  • Navigate to your email inbox and find the Sandboxx password reset email
  • Click on the "Reset Password' button and you'll be brought to a screen to enter your new password
  • Enter your new password and ensure it's a strong password
  • Click "Reset Password" to confirm your change
  • Your password is now changed.

Password Change Recommendations

  • You should change your passwords every 3-6 months
  • Ensure you have a strong combination of words, special characters and capitalization
