In order to change the email on your account, there are a few things you need to consider.
Did you sign up for the app using social media authorization like Facebook, Google, or Apple?
Did you sign up using the login with email option?
CHANGE EMAIL ON ACCOUNT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA AUTHORIZATION METHOD
In this case, you signed up by selecting Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple. You cannot change your email linked with these sign-in methods. Instead, you would have to log out of the app, and create a brand new profile by selecting 'login using Email'.
** Please note: Our Customer Happiness Team can move the letter credits from one account to another if you would like, but we cannot move the letters you've sent or merge the accounts at this time.
CHANGE EMAIL ON ACCOUNT WITH EMAIL LOGIN METHOD
If you have an account that you created using Login with Email you can follow these 5 easy steps to update your email:
Go to the Profile icon
Scroll to the Account section
Click on Change Email
Update your email and enter the current password on your account
Click Save (upper right corner)
You can then go back to the Home Tab or Profile Tab to continue using the app.
