The Customer Happiness Team will be able to assist with updating the email address on your account. Before making this change, there are a few important things to consider.
First, please note how you originally signed up for the app:
Did you sign up using social media authorization, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple?
Or did you sign up using the “Login with Email” option?
If you signed up using social media authorization:
If your account was created by selecting Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple, the email address associated with that account cannot be changed. These sign-in methods are tied directly to the email provided by the social platform.
In this case, you would need to log out of the app and create a new profile by selecting Login using Email instead.
** Please note: Our Customer Happiness Team can move the letter credits from one account to another if you would like, but we cannot move the letters you've sent or merge the accounts at this time.
