You can send invites via SMS, Email, and other sharing options inherent to your device. Every time a new Sandboxx user signs up with your referral link and purchases their first letter, you will both earn a free letter.

1. SMS

Send an SMS to your friends or family members by clicking the "SMS" option.

This will open your SMS program where you can invite your family or friend of choice.

Send as many invites via SMS as you like, or to a group. It's totally up to you.

2. Email

Send an email to your friends or family members by selecting the Email option. Send as many invites via Email as you like, or to a group. It's totally up to you! The more users that sign up, the more Letters you can earn to write to your recruit!

3. More Sharing Options

You can also send the invite to friends and family by other options in your list such as Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram Chats. The more the merrier.

If you have notifications turned "on" you'll be notified once your invited friend or family member successfully sends their first letter. As soon as that occurs, you'll be notified and your friend will be notified of their earned Letter.

ProTip: Be sure you have notifications on so you can know which of your friends joins and sends a letter, earning you the credit.

To find out about your Referral Letters you can tap the Rewards tab at the top of the screen. You will see the pending referral rewards as well as the earned rewards.

You can earn up to 9 referral letters for successfully referring 3 of your family/friends to click on your link, download the app, create a profile, and purchase letters. As long as you keep referring new friends and family members to Sandboxx, you'll continue to earn letters.

Why Haven’t I Received My Referral Letter?

Always follow up with whoever you referred to make sure they clicked on your link, downloaded the app, and purchased letters. If they confirm that is the case, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team for further assistance. Just go to your Profile and click on the Chat Bubble at the bottom right of the screen.
