At Sandboxx we are always working hard to listen to our Sandboxx customers and Sandboxx families. In this series, learn more about people who utilize Sandboxx to stay connected with their recruits and trainees. Here is Caroline's story about how Sandboxx helped her stay connected with her recruit:

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your recruit or your recent graduate. Where are you from? Which branch of the military is your recruit in?

My name is Caroline and my recruit and I have been dating for over a year! We met in high school and we are from North Carolina. He decided to enlist in the Marine Corps and is set to graduate in three weeks from Parris Island!

2. How did sending letters with Sandboxx help you connect and stay in touch with your recruit during basic training?

Sandboxx really helped my boyfriend and I stay in close contact while he has been away. He says that the efficiency of it all has been a huge motivation for him since they get to him faster than snail mail. He loves the picture attachment part too!

3. How did you first hear about Sandboxx? After using it for a while, what do you think about Sandboxx?

I heard about Sandboxx mostly from fellow Marine girlfriends and family members. I decided to try it out to see if it was going to be good for us and I love it! My letters are always delivered quickly and I like being able to attach pictures too.

4. Any plans for your recruit after basic training? What’s next for you or for them?

My recruit is going into communications with the Marine Corps. I am going into my freshman year of college. We are both excited we are pursuing our dreams in order to be better partners for each other!!
