What is the Letter Referral Program?
This program provides an easy way to share Sandboxx with your friends and family so they can use letters to support your recruit or service member. Additionally, for every new customer you refer to Sandboxx that sends a letter, you earn more free letters.
Refer 1 new Sandboxx user, and get 1 free letter.
Refer 2 new Sandboxx users, and get 3 free letters.
Refer 3 new Sandboxx users, and get 5 free letters.
Who can I refer for free letters?
You can refer anyone who meets the following requirements:
First-time Sandboxx user who does not currently have a Sandboxx account.
*They must click on the Referral Link to sign up, or enter your referral code after signup through the Rewards section
*They can not use the same phone number or email as another Sandboxx user
How do I refer someone?
You can easily view when your friends join using your link code by following these steps:
Open your Sandboxx app
Tap on the HOME icon at the bottom of your screen
Click on the "Refer a Friend" link at the bottom of the page
Once you've navigated to any of these locations, choose how you would like to share your unique referral link. Click SMS or email, then add the contact information of the person you’d like to refer. Alternatively, you can utilize the Share Invite Link option to generate your unique link and share it via messages, social media, or other preferred platforms.
How do referred friends redeem my referral code?For your referred friends to correctly redeem your referral code and ensure both of you receive rewards, they should follow these steps:
Open the Sandboxx app and navigate to the Home tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Refer A Friend.
At the top of the next screen, tap Rewards.
Choose Redeem Code.
Enter the referral code you provided to them and submit.
How many people can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, our mission is to make it easy to send more support to your recruit. Remember, the more new Sandboxx users you refer, the more free letters you get! The first 3 referrals will earn you 9 letters in total. After your third referral, each additional referral will earn you 1 letter each.
Can I view the status of my referral?
Yes! You can see an overview of the letters that you’ve earned, simply tap the “Invite” tab at the bottom of your screen.
Where can I find my free letter?
Once you've referred someone eligible for a free letter, and they've successfully purchased their first letter credit, a letter will automatically be added to each of your balances.
When will my free letter be added to my profile?
When your referral signs up, meets the above criteria, and purchases a letter credit.
The referral must i) sign up and ii) purchase a letter credit for you to be awarded.
I referred someone, but why have I not received my free letter credit? Accepted referral code, but no reward? If your referral code was accepted but you did not receive a reward, confirm if the reward was automatically applied or if the referral criteria were fully met.
In order to receive a Letter credit, your referral must meet the following criteria:
The referral must be a new user who has never downloaded Sandboxx before. That means they must have never had a Sandboxx account.
They must create the account after they click on the link. For example, if the referral sees your link and clicks on it, but does not install Sandboxx at the moment, only to install it hours or days later, you will not earn the credit.
If they already have an account, it won't work.
If they have clicked on a Sandboxx Advertisement, it will not work.
The same link will not work on the same phone twice. You can only use one link on one phone.
If the app is already installed on the user's phone, it will not work.
If your friends are having trouble redeeming your referral code, ensure they're following the correct process:
Go to the Home tab in the Sandboxx app.
Scroll down and tap Refer A Friend.
Tap Rewards at the top of the screen.
Tap Redeem Code.
Enter the referral code correctly as shared.
Following these correct steps is critical for ensuring that all rewards are properly credited to both accounts.
