What is the Letter Referral Program?
The Letter Referral Program makes it easy to share Sandboxx with friends and family so they can send letters to support your recruit or service member. As a bonus, you’ll earn free letters for every new user you refer who sends a letter.
Referral rewards:
Refer 1 new Sandboxx user → 1 free letter
Refer 2 new Sandboxx users → 3 free letters
Refer 3 new Sandboxx users → 5 free letters
Who can I refer to earn free letters?
You may refer anyone who meets the following requirements:
A first-time Sandboxx user who does not already have a Sandboxx account
They must sign up using your referral link or enter your referral code after signup through the Rewards section
They cannot use the same email address or phone number as an existing Sandboxx user
How do I refer someone?
You can share your referral link and track when friends join by following these steps:
Open the Sandboxx app
Tap the HOME icon at the bottom of the screen
Select Refer a Friend at the bottom of the page
From there, choose how you’d like to share your unique referral link:
Send it via SMS or email
Use Share Invite Link to copy your link and share it through messages, social media, or any platform you prefer
Once your friend signs up and sends a letter, your free letters will be added automatically.
How many people can I refer?
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer! Our mission is to make it easy to send more support to your recruit, and referrals are the primary way to earn free letters at Sandboxx.
How the rewards work:
Your first 3 referrals earn you 9 free letters total
After your third referral, each additional referral earns 1 free letter
The more new Sandboxx users you refer, the more free letters you can earn!
Can I view the status of my referral?
Yes! You can see an overview of the letters that you’ve earned. Simply tap the "Refer a Friend" tab and then "Rewards" at the top of the page.
Where can I find my free letter?
Once you've referred someone eligible for a free letter, and they've successfully purchased and sent their first letter, a letter credit will automatically be added to each of your accounts.
I referred someone, but why have I not received my free letter credit?
If your referral code was accepted but you didn’t receive a reward, please confirm whether the reward was automatically applied and whether all referral criteria were fully met. Some users expect free letters upon signup without properly using a referral code, which can result in no reward being issued.
To receive a Letter credit, your referral must meet all of the following requirements:
The referral must be a brand-new user who has never downloaded or created a Sandboxx account before
The account must be created immediately after clicking your referral link
If they click the link but install the app hours or days later, the credit will not be awarded
The referral cannot already have a Sandboxx account
The referral cannot have clicked on a Sandboxx advertisement prior to signup
The same referral link cannot be used on the same phone more than once
If the Sandboxx app is already installed on the user’s phone, the referral will not work
