Recruit Training Command (RTC) requires requires a Graduation access form in order to attend the graduation ceremony. This information is used to generate the access list for Graduation tickets. These tickets are always FREE; however, there is a limit on the number of tickets available per recruit based on the size of the graduation group. These access forms must be filled out and mailed back to your recruit.

If time is of the essence, one alternative option is to send your RTC Graduation Access Form to your recruit in a Sandboxx Letter. Please print the form, fill it out, and take a picture or scan it. If you scan the form, convert it to a JPEG. This picture can then be used as your picture included in each letter. Ensure you center the information in the crop
box to make sure the important information is not cut off.
