Recruit Training Command (RTC) requires a Graduation access form to attend the graduation ceremony. This information is used to generate the access list for Graduation tickets. These tickets are always FREE; however, the number of tickets available per recruit is limited based on the size of the graduation group.
You can visit the RTC Great Lakes site to determine if your recruit's division is allowed 3 or 4 guests. To be granted access to the base, these access forms must be filled out in advance of the graduation date.
You can download the form and mail it to your recruit, or you can scan the QR code provided on the website and submit it online.
