Sandboxx Travel currently only allows in profile reservations to be viewed in the web-app for hotels. Hotel and Flight itineraries will be sent to the email used to book travel.

All successful bookings will result in receiving a Flight/Hotel booking confirmation within 24 hours of purchase (during week days). If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please email reservations@sandboxx.us for assistance.

We currently do not have flight reservation information on any of our platforms. You will receive your flight information through email and should keep that email as a record.

If you need an updated confirmation email or cannot find your original confirmation email, please email us at reservations@sandboxx.us and we will be happy to re-send it.

To view your hotel reservations on web:

  1. Visit https://app.sandboxx.us/
  2. Log in to your Sandboxx account using the same email you used to complete your booking.
  3. Click on the Profile section listed in the orange bar on the left hand side of your screen
  4. At the bottom of your "Profile" page, you should see a heading labelled "Travel" with an orange "Reservations" link underneath.
  5. You can update your credit card number or cancel your booking here
