Sandboxx Travel currently only allows in profile reservations to be viewed in the web-app for hotels. Hotel and Flight itineraries will be sent to the email used to book travel.
All successful bookings will result in receiving a Flight/Hotel booking confirmation within 24 hours of purchase (during week days). If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We currently do not have flight reservation information on any of our platforms. You will receive your flight information through email and should keep that email as a record.
If you need an updated confirmation email or cannot find your original confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to re-send it.
To view your hotel reservations on web:
- Visit https://app.sandboxx.us/
- Log in to your Sandboxx account using the same email you used to complete your booking.
- Click on the Profile section listed in the orange bar on the left hand side of your screen
- At the bottom of your "Profile" page, you should see a heading labelled "Travel" with an orange "Reservations" link underneath.
- You can update your credit card number or cancel your booking here
