Gift cards are printed on a piece of paper and enclosed inside the same envelope as the letter it is sent with, so recipients should carefully review all contents. Additionally, letters sent via USPS may not include tracking information, but will still be marked as “sent” in Sandboxx.
Common Scenarios Leading to Delivery Issues
Recruit Relocation: Your recruit has moved to a new address before receiving the letter or gift card.
Wrong Address Used: The letter and gift card were sent to the wrong or outdated address, making delivery impossible.

Provide the Updated Address: Share the correct address with Sandboxx so the item can be resent. This can be done by contacting the support team.
Request Resending: Once Sandboxx receives the updated address, the letters and gift cards will be reprinted and shipped to the new location at no additional cost.

Reprocessing: Once the correct address is provided, Sandboxx will reprocess the letters and gift cards for printing and shipping.
