Letter credits in the Sandboxx app allow users to send letters that are printed and mailed to recruits from Sandboxx’s home office. Each letter requires one letter credit. If you run out, additional credits can be purchased directly in the app or on the website.
Additionally, Sandboxx offers different bundles for purchasing letter credits. For example, the 12-letter Sandboxx Plus Bundle includes additional perks, while the 20-letter bundle provides more credits but fewer perks. Personal account credits and Support Squad donations are tracked separately, so users should add up credits from both accounts to determine their total balance.

Sandboxx letter credits expire 6 months after their purchase date. It is advised to utilize them within this timeframe to avoid loss.

Cause: This often happens when users tap on their letter balance instead of selecting "Write Letter."

Cause: This occurs when composing a letter from a squad with no credits, even if your personal account has credits.
Solution: Ensure you are sending from the correct account (personal vs. squad).
Issue: Charged despite having available credits
Cause: A gift card or add-on (e.g., multi-photo) may have been added to your letter.
Solution: Check the review screen for any add-ons and remove them if not needed.
