Understanding Sandboxx Letter Credits
This article covers everything you need to know about managing letter credits, including usage, expiration, restoration, and how to handle potential issues.
Overview of Sandboxx Letter Credits
Letter credits in the Sandboxx app allow users to send letters that are printed and mailed to recruits from Sandboxx’s home office. Each letter requires one letter credit. If you run out, additional credits can be purchased directly through the app or website.
Expiration and Restoration Policies
Letter Credit Validity and Expiration
Sandboxx letter credits expire 6 months after their purchase date. It is advised to utilize them within this timeframe to avoid loss.
Restoration of Expired Credits
Expired letter credits may be restored as a one-time courtesy, though this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to request a restoration if your credits have expired, as this option is not guaranteed. For reissued letter credits, the validity period will depend on the details provided during the restoration process. Always check the expiration date confirmed in your account upon receiving restored credits.
Handling Incorrectly Deducted or Misused Credits
If letter credits are deducted incorrectly, such as for duplicate letters, contact Sandboxx support to resolve the issue. Sandboxx may add a letter credit back to your account to compensate for the error. Please reach out to the Customer Happiness Team for assistance.
Letters Returned or Misrouted
If letters are returned or misrouted, users can choose to either request replacement letter credits or have the letters resent without additional charges. This policy ensures a smooth experience, even in cases of logistical errors.
*Please note: Daily Drive items that are sent back are not subject to letter credit compensation. The team will resend those items.
