Yes. You can manage your subscription here.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are offered in the event your recruit has been discharged. Outside of that circumstance, subscriptions are non-refundable.
How does Battle Buddies matching work?
Matching is automatic once two things are in place: you've sent a letter to your recruit through Sandboxx (to their current training address), and you've upgraded to Community Pro. The letter step is how we verify that everyone in each Battle Buddies space is genuinely connected to someone in training right now.
For matching to work, you'll also need to use the same email address in both the Sandboxx app and the Sandboxx Community app.
What if I used different email addresses in the two apps?
Reach out to our Customer Happiness team, and they'll get it sorted. You can find them via the chat bubble in the Profile tab of the Sandboxx app, or email happiness@sandboxx.us.
Does Community Pro include Sandboxx Letters?
Community Pro is a Sandboxx Community membership — it does not include Sandboxx Letters. Letters are managed separately in the Sandboxx app.
