Navy Federal Credit Union: Reply Postage for Your Recruit's Letters

Written by Janelle
Updated today

Navy Federal Credit Union is making it easier than ever to stay connected with your recruit. As part of this special campaign, Navy Federal is covering the cost of reply postage on letters sent to recruits β€” so when your recruit writes back, postage is automatically included on the return envelope, at no cost to them.

Note: This offer is valid from April 1st, 2026, through November 30, 2026.

How It Works

  1. Send your letter through the app or website as you normally would.

  2. Reply postage is included on the return envelope β€” your recruit won't need to worry about finding a stamp.

  3. Your recruit writes back and simply drops the envelope in the mail.

It's that simple. Navy Federal handles the postage so your recruit can focus on what matters.

Why You Need to Verify Your Address

Reply postage is only applied to USPS-verified addresses. If your address cannot be verified through the USPS database, a return envelope with prepaid postage cannot be included with your letter.

To make sure your recruit can write back without any hassle, please take a moment to confirm your mailing address before submitting.

How to Verify Your Address

You can verify your address on the official USPS website:

If your address is not recognized, try the following:

  • Double-check for typos in your street name, city, or ZIP code

  • Ensure your apartment or unit number is included if applicable

  • Contact USPS directly if you believe your address should be valid
