How to Add Multiple Photos to Your Sandboxx Letter

Are you wondering if you can include more than one photo in your Sandboxx letter?
​The answer is yes! With the Sandboxx Plus Bundle, you can attach up to four photos per letter.

1. Understanding Photo Options

  • The Sandboxx Plus (12-Letter) Bundle includes multi-photo capability, allowing you to add up to four photos per letter at no additional cost.

  • The 20-Letter Bundle does not include free photo attachments. However, you can still add photos for a small additional fee during the letter composition process.

2. Purchasing the Sandboxx Plus Bundle

To unlock the ability to include multiple photos in your letters, you’ll need to purchase the 12-Letter Sandboxx Plus Bundle. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Sandboxx app and go to the Home tab.

  2. Tap “Buy Letters.”

  3. From the menu, select the Sandboxx Plus Bundle.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

💡 Tip: You can also purchase the Sandboxx Plus Bundle while writing your letter.

  • When adding photos, tap on one of the locked photo icons.

  • You’ll see a prompt to upgrade — once purchased, you’ll instantly unlock the ability to attach up to four photos.

If you’re composing your letter on a laptop, you can attach photos by selecting the photo attachment option beneath or near the text box on the composition screen.

3. Adding Multiple Photos to Your Letter

Once you’ve purchased the Sandboxx Plus Bundle, adding multiple photos is easy:

  1. Tap “Write Letter” to begin composing your message.

  2. Write your letter in the text area provided.

  3. When you reach the photo screen, you’ll see four blank photo icons at the bottom.

  4. Tap each icon to add a photo from your device’s gallery or camera — up to four total.

  5. (Optional) Add any extras, such as an Exchange gift card or newsletter.

  6. Review your letter and make sure all your photos look just right.

  7. When you’re ready, tap “Send.”
