Donating Unused Letters in Sandboxx
At Sandboxx, we understand that sometimes you may have unused letters and want to make the most of your purchase by donating them to support other Sandboxx users. That’s where our Support Squad feature comes in — making it easy to share your unused letters with those who need them most.
How to Donate Your Letters
To donate letters, you’ll need a designated recipient. The recipient (another Sandboxx user) can invite you to join their Support Squad, which allows you to contribute your unused letters directly to the recruit associated with their Squad.
Here’s how it works:
Open the Sandboxx app and tap the Support Squad icon at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the invitation code provided by the user whose Support Squad you’d like to join.
Once you’ve joined, donate your unused letters to their recruit through the Squad.

Important Details
Letter Validity: Letters are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. After that period, they will expire.
Eligibility: Only personal letters are eligible for donation. Letters cannot be transferred between Squads.
Expired Letters: As a courtesy, expired letters may sometimes be restored to your account upon request, allowing you to use or donate them.
No Refunds: Unused or expired letters cannot be refunded, but they can still be valuable for future use — such as writing to overseas APO/FPO addresses or ongoing military correspondence.
